Howard has worked in the footwear industry for 30 + years. For 25 years Howard worked in Caleres (formerly Brown Shoe Company) holding leadership positions in both Sourcing and Sales. More recently Howard lead the Li & Fung Footwear Division for 7 years. Howard has just emerged from a non-compete period with Li & Fung and has set up his own Company, Elite Talent International Company Limited. His new Company has two distinct divisions, one is focused on footwear and handbag sourcing, and the other is focused on helping Brands with Sales, Distribution and Marketing in Asia.
